LOVE IS LOVE.

In a lecture delivered at St. John's College, Paul Ludwig spoke on the question, "What is Agape?" There is much that he had to say, and I hope to discuss this more as time goes on. For now, however, I want to share some words from his conclusion as written in the published form of his lecture:
Love just means love. There is no special love designated agape or charity. The only distinctions that can be made in love pertain to better and worse objects of love, i.e. seeking one's own good in better and worse ways.
This is similar to my father's model of LOVE. I hope to write more on this.
